Terms for class participants

The agreement between you and easybook.studio about the booking software. The classes themselves you book from your studio, on your studio's terms.

Last updated: 21 August 2026

What these terms cover

easybook.studio is the booking software your studio uses. These terms cover your use of that software: your account, the booking calendar, and the widget you see on your studio's website. They are an agreement between you and easybook.studio.

They are not an agreement about the classes. Those you book from your studio, and your studio's own terms apply to them. Where the two touch, your studio's terms govern the class and these terms govern the software.

Who we are

easybook.studio, Christoph Morosoli, c/o embrace yoga, Felsenkellerstr. 1b, 07745 Jena, Germany. Email: [email protected].

We make the software. We do not teach, schedule, host or cancel classes, and we do not set prices.

Your account

Register with details that are accurate, and keep them current — your studio uses them to reach you about your bookings.

Your account is personal to you. Keep your password to yourself, do not share your login, and do not use anyone else's. If you think someone else has got into your account, tell your studio or write to us.

Your account belongs to the studio you registered at. If you book at another studio that uses easybook.studio, that is a separate account.

If you are under 16, a parent or guardian needs to register and book for you.

Your studio is the party you book from

When you book a class or buy a class pack or a membership, your contract is with the studio — not with easybook.studio. The studio sets the prices, the schedule, the cancellation window and the refund rules, and the studio is responsible for actually running the class.

So questions about a booking, a cancellation, a refund, or a class that did not happen go to your studio. We can only help with the software.

Payments

Money you pay through the widget is collected for your studio, through Stripe or PayPal, into the studio's own account. easybook.studio is not the seller, does not receive your payment, and does not decide whether a refund is owed.

Card details are handled by the payment provider; we never see or store them. Receipts and invoices come from your studio.

What you agree not to do

When you use the software, you agree not to:

  • reach it by automated means — scrapers, bots, crawlers — or copy its contents in bulk;
  • share your login with anyone, or sign in with someone else's;
  • hold places you do not intend to take, or book for other people without their knowledge;
  • try to reach data belonging to other participants or to other studios;
  • interfere with the service, or work around its security, rate limits or access controls;
  • use it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change how features work, and we may take the service down for maintenance.

If the software is down, your studio can still take your booking directly.

Our liability

We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act, and where we have given a guarantee.

For slight negligence we are liable only where we breach an obligation that is essential to the purpose of this agreement, and then only for the foreseeable damage typical of an agreement of this kind. Beyond that our liability is excluded.

None of this limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement. And because the class is your studio's to deliver, claims about the class itself lie against the studio.

Ending this

You can stop using the software whenever you like, and you can ask for your account to be deleted — through your studio, or by writing to [email protected].

We may close an account that breaches these terms.

Deleting your account does not by itself cancel bookings you have already made, and does not change what you may owe your studio.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms — when the software changes, or the law does. If a change is more than editorial, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can close your account before then.

Which law applies

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If you are a consumer living in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you can bring proceedings there.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
