easybook.studio is easy booking software for yoga, pilates, dance and fitness studios and independent instructors. It handles 24/7 online bookings, class passes, memberships and payments (via Stripe and PayPal) in one tool, with an embeddable booking widget, customer CRM and GDPR-compliant EU hosting. Pricing is a flat rate from €5/month (launch price, regularly €10) with no booking fees or commissions, plus a free-forever plan and free migration from Eversports.

1How does the free trial work?
Paid plans start with 30 days free. You set your subscription up at signup, so payment details are required, but nothing is charged during those 30 days — cancel before they end and you pay nothing. The free plan needs no payment details at all and stays free forever.
2Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in contracts, cancel with one click. Your subscription will end at the current subscription period you already paid (or the free trial).
3Do you handle payments securely?
We use Stripe for card and SEPA payments, and PayPal's own checkout for PayPal — with industry-standard security and encryption. Payouts go directly to your Stripe and PayPal accounts; the money never passes through us.
4Is this only for yoga studios?
No, we support fitness studios/gyms, pilates, group fitness, dance, martial arts, wellness, personal trainers, independent/freelance instructors, and other class-based businesses.
5Do you help with setup?
Yes, onboarding is simple, and we're here to help if you need us.
6Can we migrate from our current app?
Yes. Our self-service migration tool for Eversports is included in all paid plans: export your customers, products, bookings and events and import them yourself. Or we migrate for you, from any app: send us your exports as CSV, Excel or JSON files and within 48 hours you get a free readiness check. The migration costs €99 for up to 500 customers, or €199 for 500–2,000 customers or complex memberships and credits (larger data on request), and is free on Growing and Business with annual billing at the regular price. We import everything on the agreed date within 24 hours and finish with a quality check.
