easybook.studio is easy booking software for yoga, pilates, dance and fitness studios and independent instructors. It handles 24/7 online bookings, class passes, memberships and payments (via Stripe and PayPal) in one tool, with an embeddable booking widget, customer CRM and GDPR-compliant EU hosting. Pricing is a flat rate from €2.50/month (early adopter, regularly €10) with no booking fees or commissions, plus a free-forever plan and free migration from Eversports.

Who's Behind It
Before easybook.studio, I spent years as a data scientist and software engineer. My wife co-runs a yoga studio, and watching booking platforms take a cut of every class she taught was the last straw — so I built the tool I wished she'd had from day one.

1How does the free trial work?
Paid plans start with 30 days free. You set your subscription up at signup, so payment details are required, but nothing is charged during those 30 days — cancel before they end and you pay nothing. The free plan needs no payment details at all and stays free forever.
2Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in contracts, cancel with one click. Your subscription will end at the current subscription period you already paid (or the free trial).
3Do you handle payments securely?
We use Stripe for card and SEPA payments, and PayPal's own checkout for PayPal — with industry-standard security and encryption. Payouts go directly to your Stripe and PayPal accounts; the money never passes through us.
4Is this only for yoga studios?
No, we support fitness studios/gyms, pilates, group fitness, dance, martial arts, wellness, personal trainers, independent/freelance instructors, and other class-based businesses.
5Do you help with setup?
Yes, onboarding is simple, and we're here to help if you need us.
6Can we migrate from our current app?
Yes! We offer a self-service Eversports migration tool included with all paid plans. Simply export your data from Eversports and import it directly — customers, products, bookings, and events. If you use another app, contact us and we'll do our best to help you migrate.
