Frequently Asked Questions
How does check-in work?
In the studio dashboard you open the class and see the list of registered participants. As people arrive you mark them present with a tap. easybook stores who was checked in and when, and another tap undoes a check-in.
Is this a separate app or does it scan QR codes?
Honestly: it is not a separate downloadable app and there is no QR scan today. Check-in runs in the browser, right inside the studio dashboard — you can use a tablet at the desk, your phone or a laptop. There is no self-service kiosk for guests.
What do I gain from tracking attendance?
Recorded attendance feeds straight into your reports — no-show rate and occupancy per class become reliable. Combined with automatic pre-class reminders, you reduce no-shows measurably.
