Which membership models are supported?
You can create flat-rate subscriptions (unlimited bookings), monthly credit subscriptions, class passes and custom credit packs. Each product can be configured with its own pricing, duration and expiry rules.
How does automatic renewal work?
Subscriptions are billed via Stripe and renew automatically at the end of the term. Payment is collected via SEPA direct debit or credit card. Customers can manage or cancel their subscription anytime through the customer portal.
When are credits deducted from a class pass?
Credits are deducted automatically at booking and credited back on cancellation according to your cancellation policy. Optionally, validity starts only with the first booking instead of at purchase.
